The mission of The Honey Thief is a simple one: combine sweet, juicy and lively coffees to capture a vibrant, wildly complex and seriously tasty fruit-driven espresso!
In this radiant new expression, we’ve combined the beloved Ethiopia Ayele Fulasa Gesha Natural with the spectacular Bali Kintamani Natural CM - a pairing that dances between elegance and intensity - a dancing fruit bomb if you will.
The Ayele Fulasa brings its signature chorus of jammy stone fruit and golden honey, while the Bali Kintamani bursts through with a tropical rush: banana and melon, raspberry and passionfruit, mango, guava, starfruit and raisin - all wrapped in a syrupy sweetness and rich, layered complexity.
Together, they create a cup that’s bold, bright, and deeply satisfying. It makes for an exceptional double with milk and is delicious using black brewing methods.
